The room was clean and tidy, with fresh towels provided daily. The staff were polite and friendly, always ready to assist with any queries. The location of the hotel was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. the hotel had modern fittings and a lively atmosphere.
The bathroom was small, to the point that everything got soaked when I showered.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, with easy access to transportation options like buses that took me to most tourist destinations. The hotel is nestled in the charming old Joo Chiat area, surrounded by beautiful original Peranakan houses, giving it a unique and authentic feel. There were plenty of eateries nearby, with delicious food options. The staff were really good, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I was particularly grateful to the young lady who helped me book a Grab driver when I couldn't find a taxi in the rain on my day of departure.

The room is clean and comfortable, with bathroom facilities that include a separate shower and complementary toiletries. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering extra bottles of water for a day at the zoo. The hotel also provides a small fridge in each room, along with complementary tea and coffee facilities.
One day, the air conditioning was not functioning properly, resulting in a warm room. However, the issue was promptly resolved the following day.
